We’re seeking a dedicated and hands-on HR Generalist to join a leading engineering company based SOR on an initial temporary contract, with the potential to be kept on longer depending on business needs and project growth.
This is a dynamic, people-focused role where you’ll be the go-to person for staff and leaders, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver HR reporting to support workforce decisions
- Support demobilisation and smooth employee transitions
- Coordinate re-deployment across projects and teams
- Manage employee relations cases, including investigations and close-outs
- Work across workflows to ensure coverage of vacant roles
- Participate in weekly demob meetings and drive redeployment solutions
- Provide clear communication to stakeholders throughout workforce changes
- Support planning to keep projects and teams running smoothly
- Proven experience in a HR Generalist role
- Strong employee relations capability
- Confident advising leaders and handling sensitive matters
- Able to hit the ground running
- Available immediately or on short notice
