Well-established civil contractor with a strong reputation across major infrastructure projects. With an inclusive culture, long-term project pipeline, and genuine focus on people, they are looking to bring on an HSEQ Advisor to support projects across Sydney. The Role Based out of Macquarie Park, this role will see you supporting multiple live civil infrastructure projects across all areas of HSEQ .
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting site audits and inspections
- Incident investigations and reporting
- Supporting ISO compliance and systems
- Assisting with documentation and reporting requirements
- Providing mentorship and support to operational teams
- Building positive relationships across site and office teams
- Travelling across various project sites as required
- 3–4 years’ experience in a HSEQ/WHS role
- Cert IV in WHS (minimum)
- Civil construction or infrastructure experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A practical and collaborative approach to safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
