A leading national builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-end commercial, fitout, and refurbishment projects is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor
to join their Fitout division. Known for their people-first culture, quality delivery, and commitment to safety, this builder offers the opportunity to work across some of Sydney’s most exciting projects.
The Role
This is a roaming position, supporting multiple fitout and refurbishment projects across Sydney. You’ll work closely with Site Managers, Project Engineers, and the broader HSEQ team to drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance across all stages of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across multiple sites
- Support project teams with SWMS reviews, pre-starts, and incident investigations
- Facilitate toolbox talks and safety training sessions
- Assist in developing and implementing HSE management plans
- Provide guidance and support to site teams to maintain a positive safety culture
- Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety (minimum)
- Experience in commercial Fit out is a MUST
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable – comfortable moving between sites
- Passionate about continuous improvement and building strong relationships on site
