We are seeking a proactive and experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisor
to support a leading property and construction organisation on a high-profile project. This is a short-term contract role
with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and ensure safety excellence on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site HSE support to operational teams across construction and development activities
- Monitor compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation, policies, and procedures
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and audits
- Support incident investigations and ensure timely reporting and follow-up
- Deliver toolbox talks and HSE inductions as required
- Work closely with project and site managers to maintain a strong safety culture
- Proven experience in a similar HSE role within construction or property development
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Cert IV in Work Health & Safety or higher)
- Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to hit the ground running and work independently
