Position Overview:
Join a well-established national company, delivering large-scale protective coating, remediation projects for major infrastructure, energy, defence, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct incident management processes, including investigations and sustainable preventative and corrective action monitoring and implementation.
- Confidence engaging with crews, supervisors, and clients on all safety matters
- Participate in safety reviews involving hazard identification, assessment, control, and monitoring.
- Cert IV, Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably within the maritime or industrial sectors.
- Previous experience in infrastructure, defence, maintenance or construction industry
- Quality experience desirable but not essential
