Key Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor site crews
- Assist with preparing for and conducting external audits to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain and update the Safety Management System to reflect current best practices
- Provide safety-related input during the tendering process
- Compile detailed safety reports and manage all related documentation
- 3+ years as an HSE Advisor
- Experience in Multi-Residential or Multi-Storey projects is essential
- Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety or higher
- Familiarity with ISO standards and OFSC requirements is highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of Industrial Relations (IR) matters.
