Working closely with project teams, site management and subcontractors, you’ll take a hands-on approach to site safety, managing risk, ensuring compliance and driving a strong safety culture across construction projects.
About You
- Experience in HSE within commercial or industrial construction
- Strong understanding of WA WHS legislation and safety management systems
- Confident conducting site inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage site teams and subcontractors
- Proactive, practical approach to safety with a strong site presence
- $140K–$170K + super
