HSE Advisor - Industrial - Roaming

The Company

Our client is a well-established Australian commercial builder delivering industrial and large-scale commercial projects nationally. They’ve experienced strong growth in recent years and are known for their collaborative culture, quality delivery, and genuine commitment to safety.

This is a site-based role in South & Western Sydney, suited to a hands-on HSE Advisor. Trade backgrounds are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Health & Safety Management Plans
• Ensure WHS legislation and company systems are adhered to
• Provide training and safety advice to staff and subcontractors
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Review SWMS and support hazard identification
• Manage stakeholder relationships on site
• Lead incident investigations and reporting

Experience Required

• Cert IV in WHS (minimum)
• 2–5+ years’ HSE experience in construction
• Previous head contractor experience essential
• Industrial new build high regarded
