We’re seeking a driven HSE Advisor / Manager to lead safety across exciting Class 2 residential & mixed-use commercial projects. With live projects underway and more launching soon, this is your chance to join a growing business that puts safety first.

- Hands-on safety leadership across high-quality projects in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs
- Flexibility to complete reporting & documentation off-site when needed
- Work closely with an experienced leadership team that genuinely invests in HSE
- Lead and support safety across multiple live sites
- Conduct inspections, risk assessments & audits
- Manage inductions, SWMS reviews, permits, and incident investigations
- Drive a positive safety culture through mentoring and engagement
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and internal systems (Procore & HammerTech)
- Travel between Eastern Suburbs sites with flexibility to work from head office (Belrose) when required
- Experience as a HSE Advisor / Coordinator / Manager in construction
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation (Class 2 residential/commercial experience a bonus)
- Confidence using Procore, HammerTech & Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive communicator who can build trust with site teams and subcontractors
