Your Role – HSE Advisor
You’ll be at the heart of site safety, responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of safety administration
- Assisting in the preparation of Health & Safety Plans
- Ensuring compliance with the latest legislation
- Providing training, guidance, and advice to employees and subcontractors
- Conducting risk assessments and safety reviews
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Leading incident investigations and reporting
- Minimum Cert IV in OH&S
- 2+ years’ experience in a WHS role within the construction industry
- Experience working for a head contractor is essential
- Strong understanding of current OH&S legislation
- Exposure to new build projects valued $100M+
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
