The Role
As the HSE Systems BP, you will:
- Partner with project and leadership teams to strengthen HSE systems, processes, and reporting.
- Influence and develop initiatives that improve safety culture across the business.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and safety insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure clear, consistent, and professional communication of safety objectives and outcomes.
- Drive innovation in systems and practices to meet evolving industry standards.
We are seeking an ambitious and energetic HSE professional with:
- Strong experience in HSE within the construction industry (Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience highly regarded).
- A proven ability to implement, manage, and continuously improve safety systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership.
- A polished and professional approach, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams.
- Cert 4 WHS minimum
