I’m currently partnering with a well-established Tier 2 commercial builder delivering multiple large-scale projects across Sydney Metro.
Due to continued project wins, they are looking to bring on an HSE Coordinator to join their team in a site-based role supporting project delivery and driving a strong safety culture across site operations.
What’s on offer:
✔ $120K – $220K total package(depending on experience)
✔ Monday–Friday + rostered Saturdays
✔ Site-based role on a major commercial new build
✔ Strong pipeline of work across NSW
✔ Opportunity to join a business with an established safety team and systems in place
The role:
- Supporting the site team to maintain a proactive safety culture
- Conducting site inspections and audits
- Assisting with incident investigations and corrective actions
- Reviewing SWMS, risk assessments and safety documentation
- Delivering toolbox talks and engaging with subcontractors
- Ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and project safety requirements
- Experience in a construction safety role(commercial or civil)
- Cert IV in WHS(or working towards)
- Confident communicating with supervisors, subcontractors and project teams
- Enjoys being site-based and hands-on with operations
