We are seeking a site-based HSEQ Coordinator to support the delivery of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality outcomes across a live construction project. This role combines systems compliance with a hands-on presence on site to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Roles and Responsibilities will include:
- Pre-starts, site safety walks & inspections
- Assist in the preparation of health and safety plans
- Ensure legislation is adhered to
- Investigate and report on any incidents
- Provide training to team members
- Conduct reviews and risk analysis
- Manage and develop relationships with employees and subcontractors
- Rostered Saturday
- Minimum Cert IV in OH&S
- 12+ months ' experience in a Health & Safety role working for a head contractor
- Experience working on commercial projects + Civil
- Strong understanding of latest OH&S legislation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadline
