sector. They are currently seeking an experienced HSE Lead
to join their operations, which will be split between Metro and Site work.
The Company
Our client is a leading provider of on-site services across WA, specialising in remote and regional civil, mining, and infrastructure projects. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and innovation, they are trusted to support major developments with reliable and flexible solutions tailored to project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead thorough investigations into incidents, ensuring all reviews are conducted systematically and effectively.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of health, safety, and emergency management strategies that meet client specifications.
- A strong emphasis will be placed on process safety and effective risk management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Organize and lead audits, site inspections, and control assessments to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.
- Monitor operational performance and implement measures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Direct, mentor, and provide guidance to the project health and safety team, ensuring effective supervision and safety oversight.
- Certificate IV in OSH/WHS
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment – Advantageous
- Previous experience in the civil sector.
- Experience or knowledge in concrete and aggregates is highly desirable.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholder
