The Role

As the HSE Manager – Commercial Projects, you will:

• Mentor and guide project teams to build strong safety leadership and capability.
• Partner with project teams to embed and improve HSE systems, processes, and reporting.
• Provide clear safety guidance and support to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Prepare and deliver safety reports, presentations, and insights to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in HSE practices across commercial projects.

• Strong experience in HSE within commercial construction (Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience highly regarded).
• Proven ability to mentor teams and implement robust safety systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, confident presenting to senior leadership.
• A professional approach with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams.
• Cert IV WHS minimum.
