About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join a major energy generator at one of its large-scale power generation sites in regional Victoria. This is a relocation opportunity for candidates based willing to move to regional Victoria long term. • Partner closely with the Plant Manager and site leadership team to shape and deliver site-wide HSE strategy.

  • Support senior leaders through regulatory, industrial, and organisational challenges.
What You Can Bring as the Health & Safety Manager

  • Background in power generation, oil and gas, heavy manufacturing, mining, or another mature, complex operating environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team of HSE professionals.

  • Experience operating within unionised or highly structured workforce environments.
  • Capability across critical risk management, incident investigation, and HSE strategy implementation.
