We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and proactive HSE Advisor
to support the HSE Manager and work closely with site managers to promote a safe and compliant working environment across their sites.
Be involved in projects ranging from $15 million to $35 million across Australia within the safety sector!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting in HSE Compliance & Risk Management.
- Ensure overall compliance with HSE regulations, conduct regular site inspections, identify and mitigate hazards, implement risk controls, and support incident reporting and investigations.
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HSE systems, manage HSE documentation, support HSE software integration, and assist in producing reports and communications
- Minimum Cert IV WHS or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial or Industrial construction experience – Essential
- Strong knowledge of Australian HSE regulations and standards.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence all levels of the organization.
