The Role:
We’re on the lookout for an HSEQ Coordinator / Advisor who thrives in a dynamic, site-based environment. You’ll be working across multiple projects, partnering closely with site teams and subcontractors to drive strong safety outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the development and implementation of HSEQ systems and site-specific safety plans
- Delivering training, toolbox talks, and practical WHS guidance to teams and subcontractors
- Conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance
- Building strong relationships across project teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
- Leading incident investigations and ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively
- Driving a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives
- Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (essential)
- Proven experience in a HSEQ role within construction, HVAC, or building services
- Strong knowledge of current WHS legislation and compliance requirements
- Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
- Established HVAC contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work
