As the HSEQ Director, you’ll lead all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality functions across the project lifecycle — from early works through to completion. - Develop and implement project-wide HSEQ strategy and systems
- Lead and mentor a large team of safety and quality professionals
- Engage closely with government and stakeholder representatives to ensure best-practice outcomes
- Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Proven senior HSEQ leadership experience on major infrastructure or hospital projects ($800m+)
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
