Working across both site and office environments, you will play a major part in improving HSEQ systems, supporting operational teams, and helping elevate standards across the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead and improve HSEQ systems and processes across the business
- Drive safety performance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support project teams across multiple active civil/infrastructure projects
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, ISO standards, and client requirements
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits
- Provide guidance and mentorship to operational teams
- Assist with tender submissions and future project planning
- Strong background within civil construction or infrastructure projects
- Experience managing HSEQ systems within a contractor environment
- Knowledge of ISO management systems and audit processes
- Experience working on government-funded projects highly regarded
- Ability to influence teams and drive positive safety culture
- Rail project exposure beneficial but not essential
- Relevant WHS qualifications required
- Sydney-based position
