HSEQ Manager - Civil & Infrastrucutre Projects

This is a key leadership role for someone who enjoys building systems, influencing culture, and driving safety performance across multiple projects.

Working across both site and office environments, you will play a major part in improving HSEQ systems, supporting operational teams, and helping elevate standards across the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve HSEQ systems and processes across the business
• Drive safety performance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support project teams across multiple active civil/infrastructure projects
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, ISO standards, and client requirements
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits
• Provide guidance and mentorship to operational teams
• Assist with tender submissions and future project planning

About You

• Strong background within civil construction or infrastructure projects
• Experience managing HSEQ systems within a contractor environment
• Knowledge of ISO management systems and audit processes
• Experience working on government-funded projects highly regarded
• Ability to influence teams and drive positive safety culture
• Rail project exposure beneficial but not essential
• Relevant WHS qualifications required
