I am seeking an experienced HSEQ Operational Lead to join a leading commercial industrial builder. This role offers the chance to lead and oversee the continuous improvement of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) management systems across multiple operational sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and ongoing enhancement of HSEQ management systems.
- Develop, review, and enforce HSEQ policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard identifications, implementing effective control measures.
- Champion a positive safety culture through proactive training, engagement, and clear communication across all workforce levels.
- 5+ years’ experience in a HSE role within the construction industry
- Certificate IV in WHS/OHS
- Proven track record on commercial and/or industrial sites
- Experience in a similar level leadership role
- Confident with HSEQ systems such as 1Breadcrumb, Hammertech, or equivalent
