Human Resources Advisor - FIFO

We’re seeking a dedicated and hands-on  Human Resource Advisor with at least 3 years on site FIFO experience  to join a leading Civil Mining company based on a  FIFO Contract.
This is a dynamic, people-focused role where you’ll be the go-to person for staff and leaders on site across regional WA.
The role will operate across multiple sites and blend the onsite needs whilst also the corporate HR needs back in Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver HR reporting to support workforce decisions
• Support demobilisation and smooth employee transitions
• Coordinate re-deployment across projects and teams
• Manage employee relations cases, including investigations and close-outs
• Work across workflows to ensure coverage of vacant roles
• Participate in weekly demobilisation meetings and drive redeployment solutions
• Provide clear communication to stakeholders throughout workforce changes
• Support planning to keep projects and teams running smoothly

About You

• At least 3 years in an on site FIFO Civil/Mining HR role  
• Strong employee relations capability
• Confident advising leaders and handling sensitive matters
• Able to hit the ground running
• Ability to manage multiple tasks 
• Be adaptable - you will frequently be on different sites.
