We’re looking for an enthusiastic and capable Human Resources Coordinator

Your Role:
You’ll work directly with the leadership team and wider business to roll out key HR initiatives and processes. This is a diverse, generalist role, where no two days will look the same — perfect for someone looking to leave a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of a new HRIS to streamline and modernise internal processes
- Coordinate and execute employment agreements and onboarding documentation
- Design and roll out a graduate program to attract and develop emerging talent
- Review and update position descriptions, roles and responsibilities, and competency frameworks
- Assist in the development of Learning & Development strategies and training pathways
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Employment Law, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture role
- Sound knowledge of Fair Work legislation and employment compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to a growing team
