As the HVAC BIM Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in coordinating BIM models across a diverse portfolio of major projects. You’ll work closely with engineers, modellers, and construction teams to ensure all mechanical services are accurately represented and integrated into project deliverables.
What Your Day Looks Like:
- Coordinate and manage HVAC BIM models throughout the design and construction phases.
- Collaborate with internal design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and clash-free delivery.
- Implement and uphold BIM standards and workflows across projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to engineers, drafters, and project teams on BIM-related processes.
- Review, update, and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with project and industry standards.
- Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator or Senior BIM Modeller within the building services (HVAC) sector.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Revizto, ACC/BIM360, with a solid understanding of BIM standards and workflows.
- Mechanical/HVAC background with sound technical knowledge of building services.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Up to $140k + super based on experience
