About the company:
Join a reputable Tier 1 HVAC contractor who have a strong track record of delivering major projects in Sydney and across Australia. They have had recent success winning commercial high rise and hopsuitla projects with mechanical values at $30m and above.
You will be working on a major commercial tower project in the CBD, working under an experienced Senior PM, and given a large portion of the project to manage. After completing the project, you will then move onto being the lead PM for the major projects division.
What your day looks like:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of HVAC projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
- Oversee project planning, procurement, and resource allocation for successful execution of high value projects.
- Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure technical specifications and project requirements are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- Minimum of 3 years HVAC project management experience in Australia.
- Proven ability managing Tier 1 level projects from beginning to end.
- Experience managing HVAC projects up to at least $10m mechanical value.
- Up to $160k plus super based on skills and experience.
- Car allowance with fuel card & etag.
