Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of HVAC design & construct projects from award through to handover.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders and key project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all WHS, quality and contractual requirements while driving successful project outcomes.
- Proven experience delivering HVAC Design & Construct (D&C) projects as a Project Manager.
- Strong background managing commercial, industrial, healthcare, data centre or other complex mechanical projects.
- Excellent commercial, financial and programme management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while leading site and project teams.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Up to $160K + Super.
