We’re looking for a proactive and experienced HVAC Service Manager
to oversee the delivery of upcoming service and maintenance contracts across key commercial assets in the Sydney CBD. Reporting to senior management, you'll take ownership of team performance, customer satisfaction, contract delivery, and operational compliance—while playing a key role in growing and refining our service offering.
What Your Day Looks Like
- Manage and support HVAC technicians, ensure smooth scheduling, and drive performance through regular reviews and clear goals.
- Oversee WIP tracking, ensure timely invoicing, and deliver accurate quotes and small project pricing.
- Build strong relationships, act as the primary contact for key accounts, and ensure service meets SLAs.
- Maintain WHS registers, manage training records, and ensure all site documentation is up to date.
- Use SimPRO to manage job data, reporting, forecasting, and labour planning across multiple sites.
- Background in HVAC service/maintenance with leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of WIP management, quoting, billing, and client liaison.
- Proficient in SimPRO (or similar job management software).
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Driven, organised, and client-focused with a commitment to quality.
- Competitive remuneration up to $160k + super, based on experience.
