Due to new project wins in Canberra, they are looking to onboard a standout HVAC Site Manager.
What your day looks like:
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate daily on-site operations, manage subcontractors, and allocate resources to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address challenges and maintain clear communication.
- Ensure site safety practices are upheld, including adherence to safety regulations and conducting risk assessments.
- 5+ years HVAC Site Management experience in Australia.
- HVAC trade qualification.
- Experience working with Tier 2 builders and above.
- Experience running large scale commercial, healthcare, education or government projects valued up to $10m mechanical value.
- Strong subcontractor and client management skills, and the ability to manage OH&S and all relevant project documentation and reporting.
- Remuneration based on skills and experience - up to $130k plus super
- Fully maintained company vehicle with fuel card & e tag
