They are seeking an experienced Site Manager who will oversee delivery of these fit-out and refurbishment projects. Key responsibilities will include supervising subcontractors, managing on-site schedule and quality, ensuring compliance with OHS/EHS requirements, coordinating with engineering/design teams, client reporting, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
What your day looks like:
- Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring HVAC installations are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth project delivery.
- Manage and supervise site teams, providing clear direction and resolving on-site challenges as they arise.
- Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards and project documentation.
- Report on site performance, progress, and issues to senior management while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Site Manager (or Senior Supervisor) delivering commercial fit-out projects from start to completion.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and commissioning within commercial environments.
- Ability to manage subcontractors, site teams, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients.
- Solid understanding of site safety, compliance, and quality assurance standards in the building services sector.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Remuneration based on skills and experience - up to $125k + super + car/ allowance
