This role will focus on large loss residential claims, managing projects from detailed scoping and estimating through to onsite supervision and completion.
You’ll be working closely with insurers, trades and homeowners, so they really need someone with very strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Scope, estimate and supervise insurance repair projects
- Prepare and submit comparative quotes to insurance partners
- Review specialist and trade reports
- Schedule trades and manage site delivery
- Maintain strong trade and supplier relationships
About You
- Trade qualified
- Insurance building experience highly regarded
- Confident managing projects $150K+
- Experience in estimating and supervising trades (insurance related preferred)
- Excellent communication and client management skills
