Our client is a well-established and growing insurance builder seeking an experienced Insurance Building Supervisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a trade-qualified supervisor who enjoys managing multiple projects and building strong relationships with trades, clients and insurers.
Working across residential insurance repair projects, you will be responsible for overseeing approximately 25–30 active jobs at any given time, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
The Role
- Manage and supervise insurance repair projects from commencement through to completion
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers across multiple sites
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship
- Monitor project timelines, budgets and compliance requirements
- Liaise with clients, assessors and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues
- Ensure all works are completed in line with safety and industry standards
- Trade-qualified background required (Carpentry preferred)
- Previous insurance building experience highly regarded
- Strong ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Current driver’s licence
- $110k – $120k + superannuation
