The Role

Working within a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers and strategists, the Interior Designer will take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery. The role involves developing creative design solutions, coordinating with consultants and clients, and contributing to the evolution of the studio’s design identity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing spatial concepts, design schemes and interior detailing
  • Producing presentations, material palettes, finishes schedules and FF&E documentation
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure seamless integration of design intent
  • Preparing Revit documentation and assisting with contract administration
  • Attending client meetings and workshops to support project vision and delivery
About You

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and collaborative designer with a strong aesthetic eye and a passion for workplace and commercial interiors. You’ll bring creativity, technical skill and an ability to translate strategic thinking into refined design outcomes.

Key requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in interior design, preferably within commercial or workplace sectors
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong concept design and detailing ability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience managing projects from concept to construction documentation
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality design
  • Exposure to workplace strategy and branded environments
  • Understanding of sustainable and human-centred design principles
