INTERIOR DESIGNER

Are you a creative and technically adept interior designer with a passion for architecture and spatial storytelling? We’re looking for someone just like you to join a multidisciplinary team and help shape meaningful, high-quality built environments.

What you’ll be doing

• Contribute to the interior design process from concept through to detailed documentation, ensuring designs are both beautiful and functional
• Produce and coordinate Revit-based interior design models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and seamless integration with architectural and engineering workflows
• Prepare plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and material boards
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, clients, and contractors to coordinate design, resolve issues, and deliver to program
• Oversee furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selection, specification, and procurement
• Develop schematic, design development, and construction documentation stages
• Participate in site inspections and support contract administration as needed
• Stay current with materials, finishes, trends, and relevant regulations

• A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent
• Strong proficiency in Revit (modeling, documentation, and coordination)
• Solid experience in commercial, multi-residential, or hospitality or interiors
• Excellent design skills, graphic presentation ability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and coordinate across disciplines
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of Australian standards, building codes, and interior detailing
