About the Role
You will step into a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working on workplace office fit-out projects ranging from 500m² to 5,000m², spanning high-end to mid-level fit-outs.
This is an opportunity to contribute from concept through to detailed design, including documentation and space planning, in a role that could evolve into client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to concept and detailed design for workplace office fit-outs.
- Produce Revit documentation, including layouts, finishes, and specifications.
- Conduct test fits and space planning for a variety of project scales.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the build process.
- Support the transition to client-facing interactions as experience grows.
- Proven experience in workplace office fit-out projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit(documentation, test fitting, space planning).
- Strong understanding of interior design principles for both high-end and mid-level workplaces.
- Ability to step into projects independently, with minimal supervision.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Contract role with a view to extend or transition to permanent employment.
