We are partnering with a well-established Melbourne design studio seeking a talented Mid-Level Interior Designer to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to work within a highly collaborative studio environment delivering thoughtfully designed projects across hospitality, workplace, residential and community sectors.
This role would suit someone with approximately 3–5 years of experience who enjoys working across multiple project typologies and is looking to further develop both their creative and technical capabilities within a supportive team.

The Opportunity
Working closely with senior designers, project leads and consultants, you will contribute across all phases of project delivery — from early concept development through to documentation and construction support.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and delivery of hospitality, workplace, residential and community projects
- Assist with concept design, space planning and presentation packages
- Prepare design development and documentation packages using Revit
- Coordinate consultants, suppliers and external stakeholders
- Support material selections, FF&E specification and finishes schedules
- Participate in client meetings, presentations and project workshops
- Assist with contract administration, site coordination and project delivery
- Maintain strong design quality and technical accuracy throughout project stages
- Support collaboration and knowledge sharing within the studio environment
- 3–5 years of experience within Interior Design
- Degree qualified in Interior Design / Interior Architecture
- Strong Revit capability is essential
- Experience across hospitality, workplace, residential or commercial projects preferred
- Strong documentation skills with an understanding of project delivery processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Full Australian working rights or valid work authorisation required
