Mid-Level Interior Designer (Workplace) Location: Melbourne (Hybrid – 2 days WFH)
Salary: Competitive (flexible based on experience)

About the Studio
We’re working with a growing, design-led workplace studio, currently expanding their Melbourne team.
With a tight-knit local team and strong national presence, they specialise in creating thoughtful, people-focused workplace environments. The Melbourne studio is in an exciting growth phase, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and have real influence on projects from day one.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, all-rounder role ideal for a designer who wants exposure across the full project lifecycle.
You’ll be working directly with the Principal and Senior Designer, getting involved in everything from early concept design through to documentation and delivery. This role suits someone who’s proactive, adaptable, and keen to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
You won’t be siloed — you’ll be trusted with real responsibility early, while being supported to grow your skills across all stages of design.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assisting with concept design and test fits for workplace projects
  • Producing presentations and supporting client-facing design work
  • Developing designs through to documentation in Revit
  • Supporting project delivery and coordination, including site involvement
  • Working across multiple projects at different stages simultaneously
  • Contributing to a collaborative, energetic studio environment
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–4 years’ experience in interior design (ideally workplace/commercial)
  • Proficiency in Revit(essential)
  • Experience with Enscape or similar rendering tools (highly regarded)
  • Exposure to test fits, space planning, or concept design
  • A willingness to get involved in all aspects of a project — including the detail-heavy work
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Someone who is energetic, proactive, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment
Why Join?
  • Work directly with senior leadership and learn fast
  • Exposure to end-to-end project delivery early in your career
  • Flexible working: 2 days WFH (your choice of days)
  • A genuinely supportive team that invests in development and growth
  • Opportunity to be part of a growing Melbourne studio where your contribution is visible
