Junior Contracts Administrator

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and ambitious Junior Contracts Administrator to join a well-established and growing developer builder on the Gold Coast. Delivering high-quality, large scale, multiresidential builds.

With a reputation for successfully delivering a number of luxury projects across the Gold Coast, this company has built a strong presence in the market through its commitment to quality, collaboration, and long-term client relationships.

They have a strong project pipeline providing excellent exposure and career development opportunities for someone looking to establish themselves within the construction industry.

You will be working closely with experienced Project Managers, Contracts Administrators, and Site Teams, you will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of contract administration and project delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting with subcontractor procurement and tender packages
  • Preparing scopes of work and subcontract agreements
  • Processing progress claims, variations, and purchase orders
  • Supporting project cost tracking and forecasting
  • Assisting with contract administration and project documentation
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients
  • Maintaining project records and ensuring documentation is up to date
  • Supporting the project team to ensure successful project delivery
About you: 
  • Qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Previous multires experience through internships, cadetships, trade backgrounds, or administration roles will be highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a commercial construction environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
