About the Company:
We’re working with a leading electrical contractor with a strong pipeline of upcoming D&C education and commercial projects across NSW. With more work ramping up, they’re looking for a proactive Junior Electrical Project Manager or Contracts Administrator to step in as the link between clients, site teams, and the senior PMs.
This is a great opportunity for someone from a trade background who understands how D&C jobs run and wants to take that next step into a leadership role, with real progression on offer.
The Role:
- Act as the key support to senior PMs across multiple projects
- Liaise confidently with clients, site supervisors, and the delivery team
- Take ownership across procurement, documentation, and project coordination
- Be proactive and solutions-focused
- Learn and grow into running your own projects
- Electrical trade background with some experience in project coordination or site management
- Exposure to D&C projects – you know how they work and what’s needed
- Able to communicate effectively across all levels – from clients to apprentices
- Take initiative and get stuck in – you're not afraid to have a go
- Ambitious, switched-on, and keen to prove yourself
- Competitive remuneration up to $140k + super, based on experience
