As a Junior Estimator, you will play a key role in assessing the cost and feasibility of construction projects, working closely with a supportive and experienced team. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior estimators and project managers to understand project requirements.
- Assist in analyzing project plans and specifications to determine project costs.
- Support the development of comprehensive and accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure estimates align with project goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates and supporting documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimation software.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow in the construction industry.
