They are looking for a motivated Junior Estimator with excellent communication skills to join the business.
The role:
- Full cycle estimating position
- BOQ's within timelines
- Take offs, quantities, production orders, supplier & contractor agreements
- Liaising with suppliers, tradespeople, contractors and site supervisors
- Estimating experience within fit out
- Be familiar with estimating software
- An understanding of purchasing and pricing
- Working knowledge of applicable building codes
- English language literacy and fluency
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
