I'm currently working with a national Tier 1 builder who is seeking a Junior HSE Advisor to join their team on a landmark $300M+ project in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with on-site safety inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring
- Support the implementation and maintenance of HSEQ systems and procedures
- Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
- Promote and reinforce a positive safety culture across site teams and subcontractors
- Assist with incident reporting and investigations
- Provide day-to-day support to the Senior Safety Advisor and Site Management team
- 1–3 years' experience in a WHS or Safety Advisor role (construction preferred)
- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
- Immediate or short-notice availability highly desirable
- Competitive salary up to $120,000 + Super
