Junior Project Manager – Client-Side Consultancy

The Role:
As a Junior Project Manager, you will provide support across a wide range of projects and learn the fundamentals of client-side delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with project administration and contract management
- Preparing and maintaining project cost plans and variation registers
- Supporting consultant engagement and agreements
- Invoice certification and reporting
- Attending design and construction meetings, including preparing minutes
- Coordinating project documentation and filing
- Gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of projects from feasibility to completion
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, proactive, and ready to take the next step in their career. Ideally, you will have:
- A recent tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 2-3 + years in construction
- Industry experience with a contractor, consultancy, or developer (preferred but not essential)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
