About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager with at least 1 year of experience working in a D&C environment. You’ll assist in the delivery of commercial fit out projects from design through to handover, working closely with the Project Manager and Site teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager with project planning, scheduling, and cost tracking
- Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and progress reports
- Attend site meetings and monitor project progress
- Help manage design changes, variations, and client communications
- Ensure WHS standards and site compliance are consistently upheld
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager role with a D&C builder
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building, or Engineering
- Strong understanding of the design and construct process
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive approach, with a desire to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
