About the Role
We’re seeking a Junior Project Manager to support and deliver remedial and façade projects across the Sydney metro area. You’ll work across multiple live sites, assisting in the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects ranging in value from $250K to $5M. This role offers genuine autonomy and exposure, ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their construction career.
   
The Role & Duties:

  • Support the Project Manager in project delivery from planning through to handover
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution
  • Assist in tracking project budgets, timelines, and variations
  • Attend site meetings and help monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
  • Manage documentation, reports, and client updates
  • Contribute to maintaining the company’s high standards of workmanship and professionalism
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator or Junior Project Manager within construction
  • Exposure to remedial, waterproofing, cladding, or façade works (preferred)
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building, or Engineering or Trades background
