The Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and career motivated individual who is ready to take the next step in their career and progress into Project Management.
Working alongside supportive and well respected senior management, you’ll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience across a diverse range of projects throughout Perth and regional Western Australia on MRWA and CBH intersection works, with accommodation provided when working away from Perth.

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in road construction or civil infrastructure projects.
- Confident working with crews, plant and subcontractors.
- Keen to develop their project management and leadership skills.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
- Safety focused with a strong commitment to quality and efficient project delivery.
- A practical problem solver with a hands on, can do approach.
- A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
- Willing to learn, take responsibility and embrace new challenges.
- Comfortable working on a 10:4 or 2:1 roster across the South West and Wheatbelt when required.
