The Opportunity We are seeking a Junior Site Support person who is keen to learn all aspects of residential site operations. In this role, you will work closely alongside experienced Site Supervisors and Project Managers, gaining hands-on exposure across live projects with the intention of progressing into a Site Supervisor position.
This is not just a support role — it is a structured career pathway into site supervision for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Site Supervisors with day-to-day site coordination
- Support scheduling and coordination of trades and deliveries
- Help monitor site progress and maintain basic reporting
- Assist with documentation and administration using MS Office
- Support WHS compliance and site safety requirements
- Liaise with trades, suppliers, and internal team members
- General site support to ensure efficient project delivery
- Ambitious, motivated, and eager to build a long-term career in construction
- Strong interest in progressing into a Site Supervisor role
- Previous exposure to residential construction within WA is essential
- Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Reliable, proactive, and keen to develop leadership capability
- Clear, structured pathway into a Site Supervisor position
