The role:
- Prepare tenders and cost estimates
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- Develop and maintain project programs and schedules
- Procure materials and coordinate resources
- Lead and coordinate construction teams
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Report to the Construction Manager
- Work closely with the Director
- Manage budgets and financial forecasts
- Assist with recruitment and team growth
- 3 years’ experience as an Estimator (and/or Project Manager with exposure to estimating)
- Proven experience within an Australian landscaping company
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
- Diploma of Project Management (advantageous)
- Current driver’s licence
