We’re looking for a Lead Electrical Power Engineer
in Perth to lead the local engineering team and play a key role in delivering national high-voltage projects.

- Lead and deliver HV electrical design across all project phases (concept to commissioning)
- Undertake power system studies, including load flow, fault levels, protection coordination, and dynamic analysis
- Produce technical documentation, specifications, and datasheets for electrical equipment (switchgear, transformers, protection & control systems)
- Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers in the Perth office
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success across diverse industries
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., BSc Engineering)
- CPEng or eligibility to obtain
- Membership (or eligibility) with a relevant engineering institution (e.g., Engineers Australia
- Experience in mentoring & supporting junior engineers
- 5+ years of experience in HV design
- Proven experience in power system modelling tools such as ETAP, PowerFactory or PSCAD.
- Strong knowledge of electrical protection and control systems, HV standards and codes (AS/NZS, IEC, IEEE)
