Skills & Traits that we are looking for in our team:
- Drive and passion to succeed and to be a good role model to our Associate Consultants.
- A forward thinker with the ability to problem-solve and meet the challenges we face.
- Minimum 2 years of agency recruitment experience in a 360 position or a genuine interest in construction or engineering.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- High commission percentages (no changing goalposts)
- Flexible hours and a 35-hour working week with a strong emphasis on work-life balance including work from home
- 25 days annual leave (Christmas closure period covered by Design & Build)
