We’re a high-end residential builder delivering architecturally designed homes across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, with project values ranging from $4M to $25M. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Carpenter / Leading Hand to join our team and play a key role in delivering some of the area’s most prestigious homes.
The Role
You’ll be working closely with the Site Manager and project team, leading from the front on-site while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who takes pride in detail and thrives in a premium build environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small team of carpenters and apprentices
- Deliver high-quality carpentry across all stages of construction
- Coordinate trades and assist with site programming
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and organisation
- Work closely with Site Managers, clients, and architects
- Proven experience as a Senior Carpenter or Leading Hand
- Strong background in high-end / architectural residential builds
- Excellent eye for detail and quality finishes
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Solid understanding of construction processes and sequencing
- Reliable, professional, and proactive attitude
- Work on stunning luxury homes ($4M–$25M projects)
